As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement. All you need to do is notify us within 24 hrs will make necessary adjustment that need to be made of receipt of your FTD order. PLEASE NOTE: Our designers select the freshest flowers available so floral colors and varieties may vary.
